Anybody can steer you around the gym while watching you use the different resistance machines and sweating on the elliptical, so why spend your hard earned money for that? What I provide is personal training at your house, or a park, or wherever you want to work out in the greater Lakeland, Florida area, and I create for you a challenging, functional, safe workout that is designed specifically for you with your goals in mind.
Wait, did you say workout at my house? But I don’t have any equipment!
I will bring with me every piece of equipment that is needed for you to work up a sweat, burn some calories, and strengthen your muscles. Now obviously, I won’t be bringing what you may consider typical exercise equipment that you are familiar with from the gym, but I promise a great workout with the equipment that I will provide.
I’m not so sure about bringing you into my home. Is that a problem?
Absolutely not! Look, I understand that bringing someone into your home is asking a lot. If you’re the least bit uncomfortable with it, we can obviously work outside of your home, whether in the yard or the driveway, or somewhere other than your home entirely. There are so many parks in Lakeland, that it is just as easy to meet at one of them and then do your workout there. In my mind, working out at home is probably most convenient, but the most important thing to me is you being comfortable with me and what I’m trying to help you accomplish.
The location of our meetings is secondary at best.
Can we get down to the brass tacks already. What is it going to cost me?
No more than what it will cost you to hire someone in the gym, that’s for sure! My rates vary depending the package you would like, but I charge $50 for a single session, $225 for 5 sessions, or $400 for 10 sessions. There is no requirement for how long you have to use your sessions, so if you’re serious you might as well get a larger package and spread them out over a period of 2, 3, 4, or however many weeks is best for you. Our initial session will be free, and consist of meeting to fill out some paperwork, and allowing me to get an idea of your goals, your concerns, and your likes and dislikes. These initial sessions usually last for about 30 minutes.
